Great New Place

Al and Sabrina are very hands on landlords, with an eye for detail and care in their apartments. They are easy to work with and the homes they rented were wonderful and full of character.

I rented with them for over 2 years and would recommend them to just about anyone.

Great New Place has amazing apartments for a great price. This is easily the nicest apartment I've stayed in. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency I had to leave the unit before the lease ended. Sabrina and her husband went above and beyond to help me in a time of need. I was able to legally vacate the premises following the provisions provided within our lease agreement. Sabrina worked hard to help me leave on a very very short notice. If you're looking for a great place and fantastic management, I highly suggest Great New Place.

My fiance and I lived in a fabulous Great New Place property for nearly two years and loved it! The property was a very unique and open townhouse with lots of natural lighting, and only minutes from White Rock lake and trails, restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend to others renting from Great New Place. I have no doubt you would enjoy it as much as we did!
