This was my first accident and they were so kind in explaining the whole repair process and what I would have to do. They got me in for repairs ASAP and kept me informed throughout the whole repair process. Guisel and Mario were so helpful and were always happy to answer any questions I had about my car. I would highly recommend going to Caliber Collision. Hopefully I don’t have to take it back but if I do I will for sure come back here!

Excellent service ! Friendly staff that is responsive, adaptable, and efficient. My husband and I got in wrecks within a week of each other ( rear-ended and got backed into while I was parked) and we both got our vechiles fixed here . For mone they received and had to send back several car doors until they got a good one because they previous didn't meet their quality level (were banged up a bit). I think they even fixed my fob for me! I would completely recommend.

I am completely satisfied with the work your team did on my Silverado. I have zero complaints. First off I’m impressed with the way the paint and clear look, you can’t even tell if the hood was replaced. The job is perfect. Your team went above and beyond by the way the truck looks, they even cleaned the inside and out of my truck and vacuumed it. Your representative Chris was professional and courteous and honest. He was attentive to all my questions and made the insurance claim process smooth. Also kept me updated on all the procedures. If I could give a rating to this team it would be 100!!
