Excellent practice! There was a bubbly blonde (forgot to get her name) at the front desk during my first visit that set the service bar very high. The appointment was uphill from there. Dr. Choate was personable, knowledgeable & I left the office pain free after having an emergency root canal. His work is exemplary & he's a true expert in his field. If you're ever referred here, as I was, go worry free. You'll be in good, capable hands.

My wife and I have used Dr Choate for root canal treatments and for special evaluations when our dentist suggests we need an expert opinion or treatment. In our opinion Dr Choate is definitely an EXPERT.

Also, today, after 2.5 years, I requested the office to provide for me Flex Spending receipts and they produced them without any issue at all. Miraim provided this; really appreciate that!
