Mike McMillan greeted me once I pulled into the garage. Mike introduced himself ask about the service I was needing today. He asked me a few questions and took the time to set up the car to be delivered back to me. Mike also called to inform me of additional services needed to be done on my vehicle.

Planet Lincoln is by far the best dealership. Professional, friendly and courteous staff, immaculate facility. I had random electrical issues and theservice department tracked down and replaced every item needed to fix the issues. John kept communication open while diagnosing the problems and waiting for parts to complete the repairs. He had the valet service return my car to accommodate my schedule. Definitely a 5 Star team at Planet Lincoln!
Very happy with the professionals I dealt with. I highly recommend using them and will not go anywhere else. They picked up my vehicle completed the maintenance and had it back to sooner than promised. Exceeded my expectations in every way.

They consulted with me on items that were needed for the car.They told me I was close to needing tires and I told them I would have to wait on new tires. I appreciated them not automatically putting on new tires without consulting with me.I had a wonderful experience.

Overall, they all take care of me and my car needs. I tend to spend lots of money on my baby, but it could be lots worse. She is not going to let me down as long as I bring her here. We want an invite to that Christmas Party, though.
