Called in at 9:30 AM about my SUV due to electrical issues. Trowell & Turner picked up my vehicle at 11:30 AM, diagnosed the issue by 12:15 PM, fixed by 3:00 PM. Excellent work and communication and fair pricing. I will return for more work on my SUV in the very near future. You can walk out of the Trowell & Turner and feel you received the best and honest auto repair work ever completed!

Being a female, I am weary of being taken advantage of when taking my car to get worked on. Terry Harding was able to tell me what was wrong with my car and how it could cause other issues if not fixed in terms I completely understood. He did not try to sell me things I did not need and my expenses were very reasonably priced. I will definitely be bringing my car here again whenever I have any issues. Great customer service.

Like stepping back in time to when people took pride in their work and provided excellent service. This is the best mechanic shop I Dallas by a mile.
