I was in this store the week after Christmas. I went into the store because my glasses were broken. I think the name of the lady who helped me might have been Tracey. She repaired my glasses in about 10 minutes while I looked around the store. She was very kind and professional--and being from out of town, you never know what to expect from people. I was pleasantly surprised. I will be moving to Dallas in 7 months and I will be going back to the store to get the designer prescription sunglasses that I fell in love with.
