Omg loved this! I like that I sweated like crazy but my face wasn’t beet red like when I go into the sauna at my gym. The cold eucalyptus towel midway through the 30 minute session was amazing. Will definitely be back, I feel so relaxed and not bloated anymore from the holidays.
