Dr. Garcia is very personable and friendly. He engages you in conversation and genuinely seems to take a vested interest in his patients. Contrary to another comment, he's dressed for the office -- HIS office. He wears a doctor's coat over his clothes.
I've had 2 Comp & Pen appointments with him: one earlier this year that resulted in a successful claim and a more recent one that just got filed. I'd recommend him to any veteran.

Dr. Garcia is hands down one of the best doctors I have ever been to. I am a veteran and I saw him for my Comp. and Pen. I was so impressed with the time he took to really listen and the detail in my case. Very attentive, cares for the patient and their well being. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
