(July 24, 2019, 1:54 pm)I am very impressed and thankful for the customer service I received this morning over the phone from Rose from this Distribution Center. I was looking for the status of the package I sent to the passport center in Texas. On USPS website my tracking was stuck in the same spot for the past several days. Rose was very calm and comforting on the phone. She got on the phone with me and called the passport center. We confirmed that my package was delivered. I did not expect such a wonderful experience. Thank you, Rose!!!!
