Ms. Monica is very friendly and a great teacher. She was flexible in scheduling classes. I really enjoyed the class and it was a refresh of the basic skills needed to perform CPR. Ms. Monica discussed with me the questions which went wrong in the test which is the best part I would think any student would need.
