Scott Bridges diagnosed the problem and replaced the voltage regulator on our Prevost’s PowerTech generator quickly and professionally. Thanks also to Roy for getting us scheduled into the shop first thing Monday morning. We were back on the road faster than I had hoped! Parker Power is Super! Most highly recommended!!!!

Although I had a bad customer service experience with this company the owner reached out within an hour & did everything he could to make things right. I was very impressed And have more confidence that what I experienced is not the norm

Outstanding customer service and professionalism. Scott, Roy and AT are great people to work with. They are genuinely helpful and go above and beyond in making sure you are a satisfied customer. They are very knowledgeable about the equipment and know the products very well.
