Cheryl Seidel was an amazing escrow officer to work with on a recent transaction. There were some last-minute changes that she helped facilitate with me and the lender to get the correct documents per the buyer's request. Cheryl was great to work with! Highly recommend her and Providence Title!

Cheryl Seidel was our hero in getting our transaction to close. Close to the end of the transaction Seller and Buyer were not seeing eye to eye and things were turning sour fast.
