Amazing shop. I am so very thankful for the few customer focused businesses like these. This is the only place I take my vehicles. Don't judge this business by its location and aesthetics. This shop has top-tier communication and is a pleasure to work with. They quote you by the book and stick to their word. I've never been so at ease leaving my vehicles at a repair shop. Quality, honesty and care. I have taken my truck to Ben to get a transmission replacement, later an engine replacement an AC Compressor, and an alternator. Ben’s honesty, top notch quality and great customer service is what I come here for. I live 45 minutes away and I pass countless mechanic shops to get to his. He doesn’t upsell unless it’s needed, if you don’t want it he won’t do it. He will tell you why you need something or why you don’t. Which is rare.
I heard he went over EVERY bolt and hose clamp FOUR TIMES to make sure he got it all right and torqued to spec. He does it by the book every time. If you’re looking for THE BEST mechanic, reasonable price, 100% honesty, one that’ll care for your vehicle like it’s his own, Ben is the guy. You won’t regret it.
