I cannot recommend this place enough! I’ve had chronic back pain for years and after working with Mo… my pain is finally starting to go away. Mo made every session fun, challenging, and something I looked forward to going to. Truly an amazing physical therapist!

I've been seeing Kipp for about 10 years, he's the best chiropractor I've ever met. He is super knowledgeable and I go see him for almost every injury I run in to for his opinion. I also started seeing Julli about a year ago, she is awesome as well. Knowledgeable, listens, and has helped me through numerous injuries and preventative measures. Everyone else at the facility that I've spoken to is top notch, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for any type of sports/physical rehab, optimization, etc.

I visited PMST on the recommendation of a friend. Dr. Ron Tribendis is a amazing practitioner. He spent time getting to my me and my history, and recommended Dry Needling to improve my shoulder mobility. The results after the first treatment were amazing. I've been dealing with shoulder issues for 30 years, and the Dry Needling relaxed the muscles around my shoulder and have allowed shoulder mobility I haven't had in decades.

Very professional and knowledgeable (I meet with Derrek), they kept the initial visit fun and interesting but on target. Sent me home with a solid PT plan that doesn't disrupt my running plan. Highly recommend!!

I'm always impressed with the treatment I get at PM&ST. Dr Ron is a professional who take the time to understand the issues I am experiencing and then works the appropriate treatment. He is exceptionally skilled and I go there frequently with soft tissue injuries that he heals with just a few treatments. The facility is clean, the people are nice, and the service is top-notch. I recommend PM&ST to all my training clients and friends.
