Our in-store salesman at the Plano location, Preston, was great. Totally up front with any limitations (we ordered right after the big freeze this past February and he mentioned things would take longer than usual). He was right. Took longer than we wanted, but understandable given the circumstances. Our delivery and set-up team, Patrick, Blake, and Mason, were all great. They actually got here earlier than projected, which was fine, and did a quick and thorough job setting up the table and explaining basic care and feeding. Overall a great job. We've bought a poker table and chairs, as well as a dart board cabinet from Universal as well. We'll be back!
