I have had multiple issues due to my time in the military and Bridgette has helped me for years regain my strength utilizing different methods and techniques. She is professional and tailors the session towards the client. She is constantly learning and offering new services as she gains certifications. This is a therapy not just a massage.

Bridgette listens to your concerns and if you have any issue, problem areas, or concerns, she makes sure to make the appropriate accommodations. She takes her time and is thorough to relieve any tension in the described problem areas and communication throughout the massage to ensure you’re comfortable.

Bridgette is a fantastic massage therapist. She really connects with you and helps you with all your issues. I work out a lot and have tons of knots but she manages to get them all out. I try to book at least once or twice a month and consider it part of work outs. Do yourself a favor and go see her.
