(March 18, 2022, 3:23 pm)I called A-Appliance for help with my Samsung Refrigerator over cooling issue. The scheduling lady was very helpful and also called me back later when an appointment is available sooner than my original appointment. They informed me an hour earlier when their Tech is on the way and will arrive shortly.
Tech was very friendly & professional. He found the problem very quickly, and able to replace temperature sensor on the spot with a new one in less than hour!!! I highly recommend this company. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!
