Tommy Terrific's Car Wash, Plano

Everyone was polite and professional! The facilities were exceptional. I was amazed at the cleanliness and spaciousness. I love the design of the indoor and outdoor seating. I can't say enough good about this business. To call it a car wash does not do it justice.

They are very friendly with amazing attention to detail here. Car always leaves looking better than it did when it rolled off the lot. As a side perk they also provide a complementary beer and a nice patio to drink it on while the do their thing. ;) 10/10

Oh my god... I will be going back and going back and going back. And telling my friends all about this place. I took my car here after my husband had SO MANY FIREWOOD LOGS in my trunk. There were wood chips and dog hair all over my trunk and backseat. I got a “mini detail” which was $60 and I was already surprised at how cost effective that was. When I saw the finished product of my car I was wondering what in the world a full detail looks like bc there was nothing left to clean in my car!!! Not to mention the complimentary beverage was so fancy!! The employees were so professional, so nice, so worth the money. I had the best experience ever. So happy.

This is a good car wash. They’ll get you right BUT, My tail pipes on my truck are polished stainless steel and have to remind to clean them. Had one incident where an envelope was taken out of my center console which was tucked tightly between some other items and found it sitting in between the seat and console with the contents removed from the envelope. My fault I left it in there but employees are not supposed to be rummaging through the storage areas inside your vehicle. I’ll be back but I’ll use more caution in the future. I contacted the manager and she denied the employees would do that. Be careful with your important information left in your vehicle when being serviced.

This is my second time coming and I love it! The service is amazing and you get drinks while you wait. The price is perfect and they are efficient. I will be a customer here for quite some time. I love to see an owner move around the way this one does. She cares about this business and makes a point to make everyone feel welcomed. She is always smiling and happy. Try for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.
