Fountains at Steeplechase

Staff is amazing getting us moved in the winter storm hit us all pretty badly but thanks to their amazing efforts we were still able to move in exceptionally fast. And questions or concerns we may have and have been brought up with any of the staff is quickly answered. The staff is very warm welcoming to both existing residents and any future residents this by far is the best experience I have ever had when dealing with apartments ever.

Updating my review from a couple of years ago. I've been living here for a few years now and still love it. We recently had a new property management company take over and it has been a smooth transition. In addition to the smooth transition, they have been working tirelessly to improve the way the community looks with new outside lighting, which is energy efficient, and new painting, which really makes the community pop with a fresh of new paint. The few times that I've had to interact with the new property management team has been really great and they have quickly addressed my needs.
