  I am updating this review based on the fact that Zane did follow-up with me and did attempt to help resolve this issue. Short story is that I got caught between two major companies and neither wanted to work quickly at resolving this issue.
  
  Original-
  I attempted to open a policy and later changed my mind and decided to cancel the policy. I did not receive a refund from Allstate so I opened a dispute with the credit card company. When I attempted to contact ZANE SHEPHERD, the lady who answered the phone said "Well, he is the owner and he's very busy- I am sure I can help you." I clearly told her NO and asked to speak to ZANE. I never received a phone call from ZANE and now after less than 4 weeks Allstate is threatening to take me to collections over a refund they DID NOT provide for services they DID NOT provide. I cannot get anyone at Allstate to help, I will NEVER be an Allstate customer and neither will anyone I know.

  Zane and his staff are extremely caring, friendly, and helpful. I'm so glad we chose to get our insurance with them at Allstate!
