Great experience. It was clean, comfortable, has a pool and a fitness center. Breakfast was included: muffins, bagels, cereal, coffee, juice, yogurt, and a neat little pancake maker. The service was great. We were in a snowstorm and had called another chain and they were so slow and asking so many unnecessary questions about joining rewards and things like that. When I got ahold of Microtel, they didn't transfer me to a corporate number, and helped me quickly. It wasn't too far off the thruway, either. Happy to recommend them!

My first visit to NY and stayed on the way at Microtel. Awesome stay at the hotel. A nice and warm welcome at front desk. Rooms are spacious and super clean 🙌🏻 will definitely recommend the hotel for a comfortable stay and will come back again😻

Excellent hotel! Very very clean and service is superb! Everyone is so kind and helpful. Stayed here for 3 nights on Christmas weekend and again for 3 nights on New Years weekend. We had a great time both times. I definitely recommend!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Excellent hotel/motel. It was extremely clean, with a spacious room that had a small refrigerator and a wonderful shower. The lobby had a very large screen TV with a beautiful fireplace below it. The morning breakfast had plenty of options (cereal, pancakes, bagels, yogurt, bananas etc..) and everything I tried was fresh. The staff was delightful and helpful too. I would highly recommend staying here.
