Absolutely wonderful experience recently with our new dog. We picked her up from the pound and within 24 hours she had full-blown pneumonia. The vet, Dr. Wise, was able to get us in first thing in the morning as a walk-in. We got medicine, an initial diagnosis and a lot of loving attention. When our pup seemed to be getting worse later in the day we were able to go back and they saw us almost immediately, got her x-rayed (this is when we figured out that she had pneumonia), extra medicine, hydration and more love. That was 3 days ago and our dog is doing much better. Everyone on staff that we talked to was excellent and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We love Dr Wise - she is great with our fur babies and always takes time to explain everything and walk you through details. She is an amazing doctor!

I have been taking all of my cats to Dr Wise for the past 3 years, and I am so happy with this clinic. The doctor and techs are extremely knowledgeable and kind, and the front desk staff are always sweet and helpful. While they do get very busy and book up, they have always been able to see my cats in a timely fashion, even during the height of Covid.
My best friend also takes all of her dogs and cats there, and they are just as wonderful with bulldogs and Chihuahuas as they are with my Oriental Shorthair cats.
The clinic and staff are more than worth the drive to McKinney from Lewisville, and I will continue taking my crew to them.

The practice is great to work with. Staff is professional, yet compassionate. They have provided excellent care to all of our pets both large and small.

It would be very difficult for me to trust anyone other than the staff and Doctors at 380 West. We have been seeing them for over 15 years and I have never been unsatisfied. Not even once. Their front desk staff are very personable. Wait times if you have an appointment are negligible and they take whatever amount of time they need to with you and your pet. They have always been spot on with diagnosis and treatment plans. Dr. Wise is who we see and see is truly brilliant, kind and compassionate.
