They are always very courteous and helpful.
No matter what I need they always go above and beyond.
I switched back to Allstate! Because they proved to me to have the most reliable and structured policy for my needs.
My only hesitation is that contractors have said that working with Allstate is a nightmare. Since I have not had to make a claim I have no personal knowledge of this. So far my experience has been wonderful.
I am a new Allstate customer. My interaction with the office has been brief but fully professional and responsive.
