Honest-1 Auto Care - McKinney

These guys took amazing care of me. Keep me up to date on when the parts would come in, and when the job would be done. Final price was less than quoted because the part came with a gasket and they didn’t need an extra. Typically I would avoid any shop with the name Honest in their name, but these guys are above board, will definitely use if ever needed.

Had our 17 year old Lexus RX 300 with 120K miles prepared for our drive from Dallas to LA. Could not be happier! The car drove like a dream. No noise, no vibration, everything was perfect. Thanks Blake and his amazing team!!!

This shop is really clean, and the people that work there are all professional and nice. They do an inspection on the vehicle each time you go in and suggest items of maintenance that need to be done. They have a traffic light system that tells you (if it is red) it needs to be done right away, (yellow) is not an emergency, and (green) for everything is good. I highly recommend using this shop for your vehicle needs. They are truly honest.

Absolutely love this place. Here are the reasons:
1) They send you a full detailed report with pictures. This allows me to also send to my mechanic "buddies" to get their thoughts/concerns.
2) Everything is super clean. Even the bathroom spotless. My 4 yo daughter commented that the toilet paper was super soft even.
3) snacks and drinks for you or your family. These aren't just candy snacks people...these are the natural fig bars, the granola bars, etc. GOOD snacks and beverages! The coffee machine does need a PhD to use it but they help you through it. lol
4) Very nice people and honest of course!

This is a place that I would not second guess sending my wife or kids to take a vehicle to get serviced. They have a customer for life!

Outstanding company all around. They truly live up to their name. I dont know much about cars and I like to give my business to a business I can trust. They always do a thorough inspection of my vehicle so I can stay on top of the necessary repairs without being excessive. The snacks are awesome. Environment is clean. And they usually have coupons to keep the price down. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting an honest experience.
