Family Autocare is a great place to take your car the whole team is friendly and professional. They took my car in immediately, checked everything and didn't try to upsell me like other places. There prices are great. I would highly recommend them.

I would just like to say thank you to DJ and James for helping me out today. I came in having a problem with my car saying that I needed break fluid. Mind you I don’t know anything about cars but I feel like they gave the best customer service ever. They were super nice. They figured out the problem and they got it done I also love that they left me a little something in my car.
I will be definitely coming back but thank you again😊

My Jeep Compass was not always starting. After 2 starters and 6 tows a stranger who stopped to help after the auto idle turned car off and it wouldn’t start again in traffic gave me this business. I called him at 7:30pm. He help with a cheaper tow with better service. Now you’re not gonna believe what happened next. He asked me to text me my address and the next day, he came to my house to work on the car!!!! While he did not fix then I had it towed again to his shop. Fixed what the Jeep dealership could not fix and another shop could not fix. Paid him 300 for the fix. 6 tows, a started I may have not needed. Dealership fee to look at. A total of over 1k. Will make this call first next time. Best service I’ve had in my 53 years on the planet. They get it.

DJ was so wonderful and helpful! Even though his taste in football teams is awful(cowboys) he fixed up this single moms car with the best team ever(chiefs) in the window!!! Definitely recommend! He also enjoyed my young living diffuser in the car! Hit me up if you want to buy something dj!
