A homeless man walked into their shop while I was waiting on my car. He asked them for some chips or a candy bar, and the owner pulled a handful of cash out of the drawer and told the man to "go get something to eat and stay warm." (Its 30 degrees outside right now.)

Usually, I loathe going to get work done on my car, but this small act of loving-kindness sure did brighten my day. First Choice has my business forever now. God bless. Need more places like this!

I had the good fortune to pop a curb and blow a tire right down the street from this place today. I literally pulled into the nearest parking lot, and it happened to be this tire shop! I was headed to a doctor’s appointment, and I had waited months to get in with this doctor. They were kind enough to put my spare tire on, and let me go on my way. I left my tire with them and they had my new tire ready to place on my vehicle after my doctors appointment. This was the least painful tire change experience of my life!! Very reasonably priced, and very impressed with their kindness and speed. I highly recommend!

I appreciate this place so much. They are honest and provide quality service at fair price. I always buy my tires here, new and used. Today I brought my car in expecting to need new back breaks based on another shops advice and the technician let me know they are not necessary at this time. I’m so grateful. I love this place.
They all ways give great price and they are quick. Ray gave me great service twice in the last month. Best bang for your buck in Mckinney. My grand daughter was told she needed to get another car at another place. These guys helped keep it going and safe until she can afford another car.
