  I have had a handful of OBGYNs in my life. Several from Craig Ranch and they have all been very nice and helpful. However, Dr. Baidwan is my favorite. Maybe it is because we are similar in age and have some commonality? She sits down with me and asks real questions and I feel like she genuinely cares when I come in. I'm sure a 38 year old woman prone to ovarian cysts is not nearly as exciting as bringing a new life into the world, but she doesn't make me feel any less important. I appreciate that and I appreciate her sitting down and talking with me like a human being.

  Dr. Baidwan is excellent! She is very thorough with even the simplest questions. Very empathetic and remembers your questions and even background. She wasn’t just a doctor but a friend throughout my pregnancy. She was constantly in touch with the nurses when we were at the hospital before the delivery. I had a great experience with the staff and the other doctors at Craig Ranch OBGYN and am glad Dr.Baidwan was available for my delivery.

  1. Professional and knowledgeable - most importantly, I always felt my health and the health of my baby was in good hands with Dr. Baidwan. During prenatal appointments, she would ask extensive questions about how I was doing and would thoroughly explain any questions or concerns I had. Dr. Baidwan was also concerned about every aspect of my health and well-being and not just issues that pertain to OBGYN. She used terminology that I could understand and explained in detail. During delivery, because of her expertise, I had no tearing at all, and I believe this is because of her. She allowed me to make decisions about my labor and delivery, yet spoke up when she felt a different approach was more appropriate.
  2. Patient - I’ve seen multiple obgyns, and none of them have patience like Dr. Baidwan. Many times I would come to my appointment with a notebook full of questions, and Dr. Baidwan only encouraged me to keep asking questions! I never felt like an inconvenience, rather I felt she genuinely enjoyed discussing my options and answering my questions.
  3. Positive, kind, funny - what makes Dr. Baidwan truly stand out as a doctor is her overall demeanor. She is positive and smiling at all times. While waiting for her in the exam room, her laugh can be heard in other rooms or across the hall. I always left my appointments in a better mood because of Dr. Baidwan. Despite delivering at 4 AM, she was energetic, alert, and enthusiastically celebrated the birth of our daughter.
  
  **I would always be seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time, but I never felt rushed during my own appointments.

  Dr. Baidwan has been an absolute dream as a ob/gyn. She’s kind, has great bedside manner, knows what she’s talking about and explains it perfectly. I’ve had two kids under her care and she’s going to do my hysterectomy and I have no worries because she’s that good and I’m in the best hands. Sometimes there’s a wait, but who cares when you know that wait it for giving someone who needs extra care just that? And it’s never a bad wait, not even an issue. Lori is her nurse and gets my highest praise as well. She’s unbelievably caring, makes sure everything is perfect and knows her stuff! I was also high risk and was given the best treatment and when the time unexpectedly came to take my daughter 6 weeks early, I wasn’t able to have Dr. Baidwan, but had Dr. Derrick and she was amazing as well.
