US Social Security Administration - Phone Service Only

Very efficiently run office. From the process of calling to book an appointment and at the appointment everyone was patient and clarified any concerns. The guard at the entrance is very polite and courteous.

Tried to call social office to get the social number for my kids. She was so kinds and informative. They provided a way to get this one for the age above 14 years old and will call back in 1-2 days to make a appointment for interview process. Great !!

Over the phone is hit or miss. I hit today and was able to speak with Rachel Jordan. She is a gem!! She was the only one that took the time and helped me with the status of my name change after marriage during COVID-19. Other agents just transferred me to a random voicemail that probably never gets checked. I appreciate Rachel’s customer service and kindness especially during this holiday season. 5 stars for Rachel Jordan!!

And yes for anyone wondering you do have to send your original license/ID card with your forms.
