Erwin Park

Fantastic hiking. Highly recommend! Camping and biking are also exceptional especially if you are avid in them.

Erwin Park is a great place to mountain bike. The trail is about 10 miles long. They've added some new features like some new jumps which are fun. There are areas through the forests and areas in the Open Fields. Right now the trail is in great condition. There are not too many people there so you don't have to worry about passing or being passed all the time. Like North Shore. It's a lot of fun and I like to go there. It's got some steep stuff and Ruff stuff and it's an all-around great Trail.

I’ve been going here for over 21 years! This place is very special to me , and while I’m not a big fan of more and more people it has been so well managed and still is an amazing place to get away!

For the quick one night camp trip with the kids , a family picnic , or bike ride this place makes you feel like you have left the city ! Get out there and check it out!!

I have only ever been to this park to have family photos taken. There are plenty of spots for that. Based on the amount of driving to find the photographers, it's a pretty large area.
This park also has a campground and bike trails with some really neat looking "off-road" obstacles for jumping. If I had a bike or a family that liked camping, I would like to try those things out too.

Bike trail was intense as a beginner.
