In a word, phenomenal. I was gifted a customized item and simply had to know who crafted it. I regularly receive compliments on it and know they are well deserved. Upon my visit to the store, customer service was excellent, as was my final product. I intend to return for all my gifting needs. The laser engraving canvas art is particularly cool. They did a fantastic job putting on the names and numbers for our baseball jersey's. We received our order on time, accurately completed and each shirt was individually packaged.
