Most times I simply respond to a text (or forget to respond at all) and everything gets handled. As a single dad with sole custody, the more vendors I have like this the better!

Stampede was one of the few companies I called who took the time to understand what my concerns were, scheduled an appointment and then showed up on time with the very fair price. Very professional and took the time to explain everything. I had an emergency that I needed someone to come out that day to take a look that's something and they were completely accommodating and added it to one of their technician's routes and came by within a few hours to take care of it not many businesses take care of their customers that way. These guys are great
