Bent Tree Family Physicians

This was my first visit to a physicians office in the United States. I had an absolutely pleasant experience; to begin with Kylie at the administrative desk was simply awesome - she patiently heard me out, guided me through the process and registered me in for my consultation - all this with great warmth and empathy. I met my first physician Dr. Tariq Khan, he seems to be a very humble person with attention to detail and a good listener. Gave me some good advice and most importantly assured me of right levels of guidance and support through the investigation process. Overall, The Bent Tree team gets a very high First Time Right Patient Experience Score from me. I shall come back to provide my inputs in a few months from now (I have that put down on my calendar). Thank you Kylie and Dr. Khan!!!

Nicole Richter and her assistant Emma Thorpe are always great! They greet me with a smile and makes me feel like I'm visiting family. Nicole is the best! She never rushes me out, is always very thorough, answers my questions and explains things so that I can understand. I highly recommend Nicole Richter and Emma.

Dr. Tariq Khan was amazing. Spent a bunch of time with me to get my story from start to beginning. Recommended realistic treatment options and even recommended a book to read to get my diet back on track! It was super refreshing to meet a physician that truly cared. The staff was also efficient and super nice. Would highly recommend this joint for your health needs.
