I have spent the past few years trying to seek help for my skin and scalp condition. Someone on Facebook recommended Dr. Carter to me. I have been seeing her for a few months now. She was able to identify on my 1st visit what my issue was. She put together a regimen for me to try. My issues cleared up almost immediately. I love how she took her time and explained things to me pertaining to the condition, treatment options, and ongoing care that I implemented between appointments. Genuinely one of the most attentive and personable dermatologist I've ever been to! She explained the treatment plan going forward thoroughly and helped with any questions I had and graciously repeated anything that I needed repeated while explaining the side effects and other things that might come up. She made me feel more comfortable with the medication/treatment we settled on for my skin.
