Hobby Lobby

My daughter and I went into this store tonight looking for stuff for a school project. I’m NOT a crafty person so I wasn’t sure what all she was looking for or needed. An employee overheard us talking and jumped right in and completely saved our day. She knew exactly what the project was and what we needed. Took us to several aisles helping us get our every need. Then she asked if we needed any other help before returning to what she was working on before. I didn’t get her name but she she gave us the absolute best customer service I have seen in a long time and without us asking. She saw our confusion and jumped right in to lend a hand. Thank you Hobby Lobby Allen, TX. You have the best employees!!!

Well stocked and large variety of crafting supplies. It must be good. Every time my wife walks in, my paycheck dissapears.

People were pleasant, had a small exchange but forgot my receipt in the trunk. Had a smooth transaction. Only thing many have a smile on their face, but there are times I see manager with none. Hoping they maybe having a bad or challenging day but good way to put that behind is have an inviting spirit. You’ve be shocked how welcoming that is to the customers. Their Christmas selection was amazing... much better than their competitors! They even had a ceramic Christmas tree with lights that brought back memories from the 70s. Any chance that letters that can be hooked together to spell out names with that can be used as Christmas ornaments be created? I have my children's names but now have grandchildren and need to make an ornament for them!
