Bryan & Bryan Inspections

In this market, with a 3 day option period, Bryan and Bryan was able to inspect our house and get the report to us within 2 days after calling! Neal really took care of us and the inspection he did was VERY thorough and to the point.
Because we couldn’t make it in person- Neal was able to answer our questions with ease and knowledge over the phone. We also really appreciated that he worked flexibly with our schedule. We feel very taken care of by BB and are excited to buy our first home with confidence now!

So easy to work with. Most of all I think we got peace of mind, knowing that the largest purchase we might ever make was well inspected. Report within 24 hours with easy breakdown and tons of pictures. Communicated with our agent to coordinate proper time of inspection were all parties could be present. Highly recommend, we will use them for the remainder of the inspections needed for our new home.

We had a septic inspection done and Gonzales was our inspector. He was absolutely amazing! He was on time, very professional/polite, extremely informative and thorough! He really took the time to explain everything to us and answer any questions we had. Also, he got the report back to us very quickly the same day! I almost forgot to mention that getting this inspection done for us was super time sensitive as we were purchasing a home and under a seven day option period. We needed to get them to come out right away and Bryan & Bryan Made that happen for us!

They were able to come out for a next day inspection of a prospective home. They were on time and completed the inspection in the time they said they would. The full inspection report was available on the same day. Gave a fair price for the work done. They were accommodating with any questions we had. I would use them again.

Zackary Hernandez was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and made the process smooth and stress free. His supervisor stopped by to check on him during the inspection, he was also very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend using Bryan & Bryan for your home inspections. Don't go with the cheapest guys that will end up costing you more in the long run.
