(August 12, 2020, 3:42 pm)Like everyone who lives in Texas, we have had to make a few weather related claims. Allstate was always prompt, responsive, and fair.
This year during the pandemic, we have been sheltering at home and only driving to pick up groceries. Most days we do not leave the house. Anthony Joyner and Allstate refunded a portion of our premium.
We have, occasionally checked other providers, but, we found Allstate to be best economical choice and our best service choice.
