Late post from Tuesday but I was really impressed how fast they got me in and out. I went for a change of spark plugs I have an 06' impala and it's a pain but they knocked it out. I know a little bit about mechanical work but with these plugs I couldn't get to. We recently moved from austin and have been in dale for about a yr, and we also have our mechanic but hes been leaving me dry so saw straight automotive on my maps and read reviews so i called for a quote and was surprised. So I booked the appt. Their customer service is A1 very well mannered, and pricing is reasonable. I definitely recommend their service. 💯

I have never had a faster oil change...ever! When the guys realized I had my kids with me they automatically turned on a movie for them. Afterwards they let me know they parked my car by the front door and turned my ac on for me. They went above and beyond just an oil change!
