  Tim the store manager is doing a good job but I wish I could say the same for there service department they were to install a chlorine generator almost two weeks ago but when the technician arrived he advised me he needed some parts , this was on a Tuesday the parts came in the following Monday but the earliest appointment they could give me is Today , Friday between 12 to 5 the technician showed up at 3 but as it was due to rain so he advised he could not install the part the next appointment they could give me is NEXT Thursday, needless to say I am NOT a happy camper 😟😟😟😟
  
  Leslie pool finally showed up yesterday and the service was great they even came in $200 under there quote I guess some things are worth waiting for 😊😊😊😊😊😊

  I normally don't ever leave reviews for businesses but i had to this time around for Wilbert's Locksmith services. As quoted, the locksmith arrived as scheduled to my place of residency and was very professional/prompt during the process of unlocking my wife's locked SUV. Pricing was very reasonable and i would definitely know who to call the next time when i get locked out of a vehicle or building.

  I’ve had numerous horrific experiences with previous locksmiths but this company has exceeded my expectations! I locked my keys in my car and decided to give them a call. The guy arrived PROMPTLY after I called him. Other locksmiths I’ve called have taken their time to arrived and had no respect for my time. When the guy arrived, it took him no more than 2 minutes to unlock my car. In addition to that, he cut an extra car key free of charge. I’ve had a hectic day planned and one of my major concerns was having to make cancellations. Fortunately, I was able to jump back into the swing of things with no inconvenience whatsoever! Overall, this was a very professional company and I have had a great experience throughout the process. I HIGHLY recommend doing business with this company! Thank you so much for everything! I look forward to doing business with you in the future!
