What a wonderful apartment complex. I was so nervous moving to a new place but this apartment is the best . Very family oriented. Tons of kids for my kids to play with . I absolutely love the playground. Thelma and the staff are absolutely amazing and very helpful .

I been living here for a year and Sandy has always showed me a great smile when i come in the office and a great attitude if I have problem she does her best to the guys to do any work orders and now I see especially with the new owners are putting more work with the apartments LOVE IT!!!

This complex is a great place to live. Maintenance is great and the staff and manager are so very helpful. The property is kept clean and we maintained. It is peaceful and quiet and I enjoy living her. Highly recommend this complex if you're in the market for an apartment.

So far living here is the best! I was honestly worried about it all due to pasts conflicts with apartments ive lived in before but after living here now I have no problems! My neighbors are friendly! Maintenance is GREAT! When I put in a work order they're at my door no less 30 mins and they fix the problem! The managers are great! Thelma, shes very helpful, very caring and such a nice lady! She always looks presentable! Any questions i have she's always helpful! And very understanding! Overall the whole staff is good! Maintenance is awesome! So much better than treasure bay apartments! I can actually TRUST the ladies here in the office with my money order FOR THE FIRST TIME! Thank you Thelma and staff for good service!
