The work these guys do are the best you’ll find around. They do perfect work, they are very clean and organized, good manners. I definitely recommend these guys
Chaun is professional, good natured and very thorough. I called him out for a ceiling leak and while here he found a sewer gas venting problem also. Very satisfied with this company. They were not cheap but reasonable.
I can't say enough how amazing this company is. We found out there may be a leak under our home. I called and called around hoping someone could come out today. I got 2 good reviews with this company so I was hoping they had time to come out. They called and said they wouldn't be able to come out until tomorrow BUT then did me the biggest SOLID by coming out just an hour later because he was already in town. Anyways, Shawn got here and got right to work. Very professional and quickly found the issue and fixed it. He worked quick and had a great service rate. I will be using him from here on out! What can I say? Chaun found the first problem with my propane system going by Hilco's testing. 2 weeks later, I had to call him out again. At first, thought we were going to have to dig up the yard and a lot of concrete. Chuang had a hunch because of dead grass. He came back earlier than scheduled and only had to trench about 1/2 the original estimated distant but he found the problem and fixed it.
This ended 4 months problem going back and forth with Hilco and Quality Plumbing during during which I had no heat and lost 600 gallons of propane. Not cheap mind you. But Rock Solid Plumbing was very reasonable and went above and beyond!
I needed a water heater installed fast with reasonable pricing. I called around 2 different places no one was able to come that day then I found Rock Solid plumbing luckily he was able to make it that same day and got the job done really quick. He was reasonable, polite, fast, communicated well, and a Master at his job. I highly recommend Chawn at Rock Solid Plumbing.
