Metro dude was helpful said hello as soon as I walked in the door asked if he could help me. I paid my bill and he saw i was looking at phones and quickly told me about upgrades for phone and the specs. He also ran my account to see if I qualified for cheaper price and I did. He gave me out the door price and now considering going back and making a purchase.

I've had MetroPCS for ever but I had stopped going to the store because I never got the best services, however I went shopping at Superior and decided to give this one a try!!! Let me tell you I feel in love with the manager named CESAR!! he has amazing customer service, and he is attentive to his customers needs, and not to mention his amazing glasses and hair cut!! I recommend this store to everyone in the market!
