(December 7, 2019, 12:37 pm)I am admittedly a novice at shopping for and deciding on installation of a deck, but my experience at Paradise Deck was a good one. Product choice was explained, examples shown, price quoted, work started in a timely manner. I love the finished deck and roof extension. I may have paid less with other companies, but I’m very happy knowing I chose quality. I had Fredrick as a designer, expert carpentry by Ronnie who with his son really worked to add polished craftmanship and a roofer who matched roof shingles that blend like it is part of the house. I was never wondering “when are they coming” or “how is this going to work” because Jamie contacted me and kept me in the loop (what a novel idea!). I wish it wasn’t an additional expense to stain it now that it is installed, but it was explained to me at the beginning so not a surprise.
(November 6, 2019, 12:51 am)All expectations met, some exceeded. Frederick visited our home for an estimate on a patio cover. His presentation was solid and the price reasonable. He set the expectation in the beginning as to how the process would go and what timeline we may be looking at. Due to the dimensions of our cover, the piece was a custom order and required an additional week to fabricate at the factory. Jamie did a wonderful job of communicating with us throughout the process.
We also shopped for a hot tub at their location. Dale was very knowledgeable and did well juggling multiple folks looking at their selection of hot tubs. He was patient with us as we tried one after another before finding THE tub for us.
Overall, I had to make one follow up call to get something done, and it was done as promised and in time. In a world over saturated with lip service and bad service, it’s comforting to spend our money with folks who under promise and over deliver.
(August 22, 2019, 3:10 pm)So far, we've had a really good experience with Paradise Decks. Trevor came to give us our free quote, and was very professional. He sat down with me for nearly an hour and wasn't pushy. His professionalism really was what sealed the deal. The other companies who quoted us were very forceful for us to sign right then and there with no pictures of their work.

(April 19, 2019, 8:58 am)We hired Paradise decks to build a deck on the rear of our new home. The sales people came out, took measurements and asked many questions. We then went to their showroom to review some designs. They were excellent. They went over every detail with us to finalize the design. The workmanship was beyond our expectations and the attention to detail was extraordinary. We recommend these folks highly
