Internet is HORRIBLE (strong signal, snail speed), but staff (when they are around) are nice and helpful! Grounds are well kept and most people are friendly!

Facilities are well-maintained and management is nice and helpful. Only complaint is you have to pay to use laundry machines. Rental spaces are well-priced. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay for a short period of time. Call ahead to make sure there's space!

We have stayed here many times. Small but nice place. But there is no play ground for kids or pool. Lots of full timers so makes it hard to get a space if you come in on a weekend. We also use Ft Sam but is hard to get in to also.
