Ardor Wood Farm

We spent a weekend there in the butterfly cottage. The venue is great, and very relaxing. Lots of trails, and wildlife. Some of the animals like to gather right in front of the cottage in the mornings and late afternoons so you get a great view of them. With some patience and respect for them, we were able to hand feed two of the longhorns.

Host is very friendly, makes you feel comfortable and welcomed.

Also, the turkeys will be your best friends if you stop and talk to them.

Looking to get away from the hustle and bustle? This might be the place for you! I recently enjoyed two peaceful nights in the butterfly cottage, situated on the edge of the woods, overlooking the great meadow at Ardor Wood Farm. A perfect place to observe wildlife from the comfort of your bed, while lounging on the deck, or while walking the trails. Super relaxing, inspiring, modern/rustic, clean. Great hosts.

We just finished a corporate retreat here Ardor Wood Farm. What an outstanding place. Great place for our team, good meeting space, walks in the woods as a break is an excellent team building event. Rented the whole farmhouse for a 4 day event for a very reasonable price. Graham and Karen are outstanding hosts.

GREAT! The cottage was wonderful. So peaceful and quiet with my coffee in the morning. Was able to watch the deer family gather every morning in the meadow and watch hummingbirds on the patio. Will definitely return when it gets cooler.

Absolutely gorgeous property blanketed in a million wildflowers. There were well maintained trails through meadows and trees, baby goats, house made honey, antelope, deer, bunnies, gorgeous sunsets, excellent hosts! The cabin was beautiful and the perfect escape to completely chill out. Will definitely be returning!
