Walmart Vision & Glasses

Ordered glasses & contacts from the Elgin Walmart it was fast and easy, Joaquin was very informative and explained everything throughly. Definitely coming back.

I ordered progressives and it took me a while to get used to them. In fact, I purchased another pair a the store inside my ophthalmologist's office, thinking maybe because I paid less, I got less-than-perfect glasses. I have a hard time telling any difference between the pairs and actually prefer the Nikon lenses I got from Wal Mart. Images just seem sharper.
Joaquin was so helpful, taking his time to be sure things were right and that I was happy. I'll definitely be a repeat customer, at least as long as he's there. His time and patience were very much appreciated. Such good customer service and quality!

Idiots that rated it bad don’t understand the difference between Walmart’s vision center and the actual optometrist that is separate from them. Simply put, I had a great experience with Joaquin and made the process of getting my glasses very easy and fast. No problems here!
