(October 25, 2021, 9:01 pm)I am very pleased with the repairs that were done to my car. You can’t tell where the damage was and the paint is perfectly matched. Not only do they do great work, they are great to work with. I was kept appraised of the progress of the repairs and had all of my questions answered promptly and courteously. The facility is clean and the staff are true professionals. And, my car was so clean when I picked it up, I hardly recognized it. I highly recommend them.

Great communication from start to finish, a very accurate estimate and they worked directly with my insurance company which saved me so much time. The repairs were done on time (a day early even) and my truck looks amazing!
It is always a pleasure to do business with folks that tell you what they are going to do, do it expertly and then explain everything once you are done. Highly recommended!

Took our car to Steve and his team at Bastrop Body & Paint and that was the most smooth and stress free car experience we’ve ever had. He communicated directly with the insurance and got us all taken care of in such a short amount of time. He was clear in his communication, friendly in his approach and did a great job. I would definitely recommend Bastrop Body & Paint if you’re needing help with your vehicle.
(January 20, 2020, 1:41 am)My brand new car of one day was hit by a deer. I was so upset. Dawn was very helpful with me and very patient too. She gave me my quote and got started in getting my car in and out as fast as they could without cutting corners. They listened to what I wanted and did what would be the best option for me and my car. I highly recommend them, and the wonderful work they provided me and my husband.
