Designed and built with every detail carefully planned, including an ice plant, 2 wash bays with inclined parking to drain your boat, and large barn sizes. Run, don’t walk, to Watkins Landing if you’re looking for boat storage in Rockport.

And it supports a family that loves our coast and support our fishery like no other. Great location right off 35 bypass and down the road from Cove Harbor. Top notch facility for your boat. All the amenities of the nicest facilities on the coast…high power boat washes, inclined parking to help drain water while washing, fresh water rinse for engine flush and fishing gear, air compressor for trailer tires, ice. And my kiddos favorite feature, a super friendly cat named Luka.
