Changed my Home insurance and car insurance. I literally thought it was a mistake when I got my first bill. Saved me so much money and the office has the best customer service!

I recently had to start my own car insurance coverage after leaving my mom’s insurance. Kay gave me a better quote then what I was paying before! She answered all my questions. If you are a young adult who's new to all this or just need car insurance in general go to Kay!

We had an urgent situation that we needed help with and Kay helped us on a Saturday for over an hour on a holiday weekend! She's wonderful to work with and has a tremendous amount of patience!

I moved to Tennessee in 2014 and needed to find a great insurance company since my current insurer (Alfa) did not serve outside of Alabama. Kay Maynard and her team has been awesome to work with. They were very informative and prompt to take care of urgent needs. We found a auto coverage that was what I needed and more. I was so pleased that I continued to add more services with the purchase of my new home! Thanks again.

I met Kay when I worked at State Farm briefly and she was one of the nicest people I had ever run across- she made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I saw her recently at a MTSU football game and asked for her information so I could see if she could get me a better rate on my car insurance. She was able to do that and then some! Kay has your best interests at heart... she is honest, dependable and knows her business. She reaches out to me just out of the blue to make sure that I am ok on both a business and personal level. I have never had an insurance agent do that before! I was with my previous insurance agent for over 15 years and he never once called me even if I had questions regarding changes to my policy! If I have questions... even the smallest ones Kay will ALWAYS speak to me about this.
