LITERALLY just called and got LOGAN! This young woman is an AMAZING worker, and an amazing human being. I called ALL morning to the Davidson County offices just because I grew up here. RUDENESS and not helping at all. I called, two rings, picked up and ANSWERED IN TWO QUICK SECONDS. I can't even tell you how much this changed my day, TRULY. THANK YOU LOGAN!!! 5 star all the way! State of TN come observe this location on how to run a Driver's license services! They are efficient and wasting no time. This location is hustling, people in and people out!
We made an online appointment, We checked in early and got served early, even though it was busy.

By far this is the best driver service center I have visited. People are super friendly, efficient, and very helpful.
I have been to this center a few times, and each experience has been top-notch. Literally no wait time - you would walk in, get your ticket from the kiosk, and within a few minutes, you are taken care of.
Add to the best experience, this place is well maintained, easy to find, and overall, they get the job done.
It's a little far from Nashville but worth the drive.
Highly recommend!
