I brought my Ascent in for a transmission recall repair and I forgot to tell them not to roll my window down because Safelite was attempting to fix their shoddy work after three attempts. Bryan and Shawn were fantastic to deal with and were able to get my window fixed. I should have brought it to them in the first place. I've learned my lesson. Thanks guys!

Worked with Ryan Dickerson and the parts department to get some additional accessories for my Crosstrek ordered. He was extremely helpful in expediting my order in time for an upcoming camping trip. Will be returning when it's time for additional toys!
